Depression is weird because even when you know that what you’re experiencing is “simply” depression, and not some emotional interpolation of permafrost, it doesn’t make you any less depressed. The memory-based knowledge that it will pass is a port in the storm though.
The escape velocity of ideas from the gravitational influence of the mind compels me to attempt communication through vibration. This is my story, this is my song. I sing for my supper all the day long.

Alas, my nephew’s uncle is like really super double-dutch bus tired. Je suis fatigue. To the umpteenth degree. I done came to the club ‘bout fifty-leven times.
This has been…a year. I’m thankful to have been here for it. I’m grateful you’ve listened. Many were lost, but I found you. Whoever and wherever you are. We made it.
So what's this then? You've heard of a double album? ZHBL is a half album. Not in content, but in presentation. Not an EP. A whole fraction. Allowing ideas to evolve, perhaps adapting, perhaps mutating themselves into extinction. Or neither. Or both. Holding two things in one hand. Like the needs to feed an insatiable beast AND dispose of zombie heads AND find a recreational activity that both encourages competition AND builds communal bonds so necessary for post-apocalyptic survival.
